IAS Laboratories

IAS Laboratories in Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow provides soil analysis that gives farmers essential information on soil health and baseline nutrient status. The laboratory is INAB-accredited to ISO 17025 (registration 275T).

Testing covers pH, phosphorus, potassium, lime requirement, organic matter, minerals and heavy metals: the parameters needed for fertiliser planning and Nitrates nutrient management compliance. The lab recommends testing every three to five years, sampling between September and March.
